Design and programming of a pilot plant for the production of soup.
This plant comprised individual production units from several of the customer?s production facilities throughout Europe.
This is a very complex system since the plant comprises several manual valves which are operated by hand, for the purpose of adding ingredients to soup batches.
In the new system, standardised batch information is made available to all departments within the plant, which can then be analysed prior to final production.
Various Siemens S7-400 PLCs were used, along with P & TP WINCC 7.0 SCADA to visualise and control the process.
Process data was made available through a Web server.
Designing and programming of a production line for the handling of beer bottles.
Transportation of the beer bottles is controlled by Siemens S7-300 PLCs and 50 frequency controlled motors, and HMIs are used to visualise and control the line.
This solution is designed so that local factory operatives can maintain and manage the installation.
